The Trier Center for Language and Communication invites all interested staff members and Ph.D. students and post-docs at Trier University to a two-day workshop on “Statistical Methods for Linguists and an Introduction to R”. The content of the workshop will be determined by the participants´ concrete requirements and will provide a low-threshold introduction aimed at practical work. The topics and the data to be used for analysis will be discussed with the participants beforehand.
We are very pleased to welcome PD Dr. Martin Schäfer (University of Tübingen) as workshop manager.
The workshop will take place on 24.01. 2020 (13.00–18.00) and 25.01.2020 (09.00–15.00) in room B 111.
The participation is free of charge.
